• Ensure Financial Integrity and Responsibility
  • Ensure that money is appropriately spent, financial records are complete, accurate and our internal controls are honoured.
  • Present all financial records at each membership meeting as well as an email copy to all Financial Members.

  • If your Membership Role involves the financial recording of our transactions, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with all relevant policies.
  
  
  • Never interfere with the auditing of financial records. Similarly, never falsify a Club record or account.
  • If you suspect or observe any irregularities relating to the financial integrity or fiscal responsibility of the Club, no matter how small, immediately report the issue to the Treasurer or another committee member for investigation.
